The ackee was nice and creamy went so well with the rice and peas. We were the only one in the restaurant and we had to wait for our food but we didn’t mind. The food came out nice and hot. The owners were very friendly as well. Definitely worth a visit! ”

“ Sept 8, 2024: I woke up thinking of that curry goat. I went in during the afternoon to get a large order of curry goat on white rice, a spicy beef and chicken patty. I met Pat! She is a lovely lady and we talked about the culinary experience that is the Toronto food scene. She gave me a sample of oxtail to try as well and these are my remarks: The curry goat is outstanding, it's very flavorful, tender and cooked just right. Paired with the white rice, which is fluffy and not overly flavourful, it makes for a perfect meal. The oxtail is also very good, tender and flavourful, cooked just right. I'd probably get this on white rice too for a future order. The spicy beef patty was yummy, my wife really liked the chicken patty. The macaroni salad and the hot sauce are also on point, the macaroni isnt too heavy on mayo but not too light either. The hot sauce is flavourful and packs a punch, which I like. Portions: the large order is huge, I am stuffed having had half the order and have a very yummy dinner to look forward to! Sept 7, 2024: Passing by, craving a spicy beef patty I stopped in, but unfortunately they were all sold out. The lovely man behind the counter (I believe he is Andrew) offered me a snack, and served up some jerk chicken and curry goat with white rice and man, that curry goat was really good. I wasn't hungry for more tonight but I will be back very soon to get more of that curry goat on rice. Thank you for your hospitality, I love my local small businesses like yours. ”
